Sept/Oct in summary

This blog has been left untouched for almost two months! Two months?! What was i busy with? Well...here's a summary : Its all in the name of EOS!

First i got sick. Fever. Reason? Caught in dilemma of renting vs buying a lens. Firstly i do not know what lens best for me. Secondly, its so costly. DAMAGED! hahahaaaa...

And so somehow i ended up with two lens and a flash. Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM, Canon EF 24-105mm f4L IS USM and Canon 580EX Mark II flash.

For four days or so that im holding onto these items, i went to HortPark, Botanic Garden and Marina Barrage. Here's a few shots that i took using these items...

On 12Oct i attended a photography workshop orgarnised by my department. Made friends and learnt something from the workshop. What i learnt? Learnt alot by observing the group on how they took photos and what cam/lens the participant owns and by end of the workshop, i learnt....I should be getting an extension tube? Spending $$$ again? HAHAHAAA....

The question is...when should i or rather can i own an extension tube? Its not that expensive, but since i've been spending too much $ on by EOS, made a deal with a friend to not buy or talk anything related to SLR till Nov approach.

That comes to another Qs...can i refrain myself from such temptation esp when i'm in love with Macros from the beginning? Yes, i can!

So, November...come quick! Wakhahaa....
