Been to Redang Island before two years ago by flight, this time im travelling by coach. Took Konsortium bus company. Departed Golden Mile Tower at 2130hrs...left for Tuas Checkpoint. I was told that there's one stop-over i.e Yong Peng for late supper.

The bus ride was peaceful...even tho there's few wobbly road that the bus has to pass by...all and all...i just love long bus ride. kheheee....

We reached Trengganu at 0630hrs. The indian bus driver was considerate enuf to drop us at a nearby stall for prata/tosai breakfast before dropping the whole busload at Shah Bandar jetty. Driver told us that the check in for ferry boarding pass will be at 0930hrs, so no point getting to the ferry terminal in a hurry.

Despite being a Tuesday, the ferry terminal is jammed pack with holiday maker. There are lotsa Sporeans too!!!! Don't they need to work????? haiizz......and i thought i can have the whole Redang Island to myself! (Melampau kan aku?! wakhahahaaa...!!)

There's three check-in counters...1) Laguna. 2) Berjaya. 3) Sejahtera. The longest Q...Laguna. haiizz.....sian! sian....AGAIN! kheheehee....

Ferry departed at 1000hrs. Ride is 1.5hrs. When we reached Laguna, we were directed to a "Waiting Hall" for briefing. Briefing includes detailed explaination of what one can expect from Laguna...activities that you can do while you're on the island. The DOs and DON'Ts in the name of marine conservation. The rental charges of equipments and there's a diving lesson at RM150.

On second day here, we went snorkelling.kehheheee....but...shy la wanna sey or show pic of my snorkelling gear/attire. Ask me je lah what i see during my snorkelling time ehhh....khehehee.....

Rental charges : Snorkelling mask RM10. Life jacket RM10. Charges applies once only for the whole duration during your stay in Laguna. Need to return rental items by 1900hrs, one day before your departing date. Fail to do so, charges applies.

It does sleep..

Where : Southern S'pore
Place : Vivocity & Merlion Park

And i thought that the city will not sleep till the sun rise. I was wrong.

It was a Saturday. A plan was laid out to have a nights out. Not partying but photo snapping of Spore's night view. I was ignorant. Today, its the Earth Hour's Day. From 2030hrs, some participating area in Spore will have its lights shut off for an hour.

Left home at 2030hrs. Indeed as my bus pass by Benjamin Sheares Bridge, alls that usu lighted up and beautify Southern part of Spore are in total darkness. Esplanade..flyer..its pitch darkness. Only the on-going construction of the integrated resort is glowing with lights. Bad day to plan a nights out session? hhmmm....

It was so packed with people hanging around in groups at Vivocity. All levels..all area..haiz.....i hate crowds!

I didn't get much of snapping cos we're more busy exploring my sis digi-cam.

I just have to say that i have so so much more to learn and explore in the field of photography.

My starting line says that the city does sleep. Well...most of the lights are out by 2am. So...plan to stay and snap photos till sunrise abandoned. I went home at 4am.
