Kent Ridge Park & museum Reflections of Bukit Chandu
Place : Kent Ridge Park & Reflection of Bukit Chandu Where : Vigilante Drive off South Buona Vista Road & Pepys Road When : 18 May-08 To get there, take SBS service 200 from Buona Vista MRT. Alight at the 8th bus stop (include counting from the Buona Vista MRT bus stop to the bus stop that u need to alight). On foot, walk along Vigilante Drive off South Buona Vista Road and u'll be able to walk into Kent Ridge Park. Kent Ridge Park is adopted by the Army as The Army Green Park. Two decommissioned M114 Artillery Guns and an AMX-13 Light Tank are displayed in the park to provide points of interest. M114 Artillery Guns In Kent Ridge Park, you'll be be able to exercise at its fitness corner, view the Southern Islands, have a nature walk and enjoy the serene ambience. There's the Canopy Walk measuring 280 meters long that'll link u to the museum Reflections of Bukit Chandu. Museum Reflections of Bukit Chandu displays exhibits of photographs, maps, dates and information detailing the Defence of Malaya and life in the Malay Regiment. Opening hrs : Tues-Sun 9am-5pm.
